What areas do you service?We service Merced, CA to Porterville, CA! If you are between those two (Fresno, Visalia, Hanford, etc), you are good! NOTE: Depending on your distance from our home base in Clovis, CA, we may add on a small travel fee.

Where do I book a party?You will find the booking form link on the bottom of the home page or you can click the link ('Request Quote') on the navigation banner at the top of the website. Each one will cause a booking form to pop-up in a separate window.

I'm doing an event other than a party, what do I do?Please email us at madisonsfairytaleevents@gmail.com or message us on our social media to discuss your special event! We are always open to volunteering for a great cause!

When do I pay?You are required to pay a small deposit (25% of final amount) upfront to lock in your party date. You have until 24 hours before the scheduled party to pay the remaining balance. For example: say you book the $175 One Hour Package. $43.75 is the deposit you will spend to lock in that date at booking and the remaining $131.25 is due by the day before the party. You MUST finish paying before the party day or we will be unable to provide our service. The deposit in non-refundable.

What do I need to do to prepare for your arrival?We simply ask that there is a decently sized, wide open space for the character and your guests to interact. Some characters may require more space due to their larger outfits. We also ask that any free-roaming pets be blocked from the space that the character will be in during the duration of the visit.

Do I need to tip?Tips are absolutely not expected but very much appreciated. =)

Does the party need to be indoors?The party can be outdoors, weather permitting! We cannot perform in the rain or in high temperatures due to the safety of our performers. We ask that consideration be taken for our outfits; we cannot work in mud or any surface that may transfer onto the dresses.

I need to cancel/reschedule my party!Please email madisonsfairytaleevents@gmail.com at least ONE WEEK in advance to either cancel or reschedule your party. Please note that the day/time that you are wanting to switch/reschedule to may not be available at that time. If you are cancelling, only your deposit in non-refundable.
